Structured like a fellowship, this two semester course educates students of all backgrounds about the NewSpace Economy while also preparing them for an internship or career in the industry. In the lecture segment of the course, students will learn from the course instructor discourse, case studies, and from industry professionals. In the experiential learning segment of the course, students will be fellows for a space technology startup and will work on meaningful technical and business projects while receiving guidance and feedback from a startup mentor. Students will also have the opportunity to network and receive recruitment advice from space technology company recruiters through professional development workshops. We welcome all majors in this course!
