Join us for our fourth semester as we touch on the basics on how music is used in healthcare and wellness. Lectures will be spent learning the basics of how music is used, how it affects the brain and body, and about music around the world. You will also have the opportunity to perform (virtually) for different audiences!
Please note, a music background is not necessary to take this course! Instead of performing, you will be attending to give us feedback on how they can go smoother the next time around.
Grades will be composed of weekly responses to readings, attendance, performances, and a final project or paper.
