UPDATE [1/27/2020]: Our class will be held on Fridays from 5PM to 7PM in Barrows 54. The first class is on January 31st. Thank you for your patience!
Hello, and welcome to the world of comics!
This course will teach you the basics of creating sequential art and help you grow both as an artist and as a writer. By the end of this course, you should be able to plan out and execute a complete comic in both story and art.
A large chunk of your learning will be through comic projects and the critique you receive on them, so it is imperative that you complete these projects on time. Class time will usually be dedicated to lectures and activities. You are expected to be proactive in class, as well as participate during critiques.
