This Decal will examine different healing practices that source power and influence from nature, focusing on the relationship between body, spirit and the Earth. We will explore varying sets of knowledge throughout cultures, religions, therapies and fields to understand methods of healing that connect our physical and metaphysical senses to align our body, mind, soul & environment. We will also dive into critical discussions about the capitalization, commercialization and white-washing of healing practices and how to respectfully approach, share and practice traditional knowledge. Together we will recognize the connection between Earth’s wellbeing and our own as we explore the ancient and diverse ways we can heal the increasing disconnect between collective human consciousness and our environment.
