Web Design DeCal (WDD) is a 2-unit course at UC Berkeley that will teach you how to build a beautiful website. WDD is divided into two sections:
- The design section teaches web design philosophies which will allow you to recreate modern design trends such as responsive design and flat UI.
A detailed week by week course outline can be found on our website, http://wdd.io
Note: This course does not cover server-side programming or back-end frameworks like Django, Rails, or PHP. The material is limited to front-end web development.
This course is designed for beginners who have no experience with web design. If you are familiar with most of the topics covered in this class, please do not apply to allow another student a spot in the class.
